I didn’t get my activation key, where is it?

So, you just purchased this cheap VPN service, but still didn’t get any activation key? Well, there is a reason for it. If you purchase CyberGhost online via their website, you will not receive any activation keys. That’s because your account will be activated immediately when you purchase a subscription.

As for CyberGhost subscriptions purchased offline through either a physical store, Bitcoin, or a special campaign, you will require an activation key. We’ll cover how you can activate your CyberGhost 7 activation key in the next heading.

How to Activate CyberGhost Prepaid or Promotion Key?

In case you purchased a CyberGhost subscription other than from their official website, here’s how you can start using your account by using your activation key:

To enter your CyberGhost activation key, head over to CyberGhost’s account management page. Once you’re logged in, click on ‘My Subscriptions’ and then click on “Use your activation key” located at the right of your screen.

Once you click on “Use your activation key”, you’ll need to enter the activation key that was provided to you.

Finally, for account activation, click on ‘Activate‘. Your CyberGhost subscription will be activated immediately.

Do note that you must comply with few of the following terms and conditions to utilize your CyberGhost activation key:

• The CyberGhost key that you’re using must be new and not used before.
• The key that you’re using must be valid and not expired.
• No CyberGhost subscription of a higher cost can be replaced with a subscription of a lower cost.
• You must not overlap new subscriptions with old subscriptions to extend your account validity.
• Any promotional subscription plan can’t be extended by a prepaid activation key.
